Heddiw, mae Ofcom wedi lansio ymchwiliadau i weld a yw saith gwasanaeth rhannu ffeiliau, 4chan a’r darparwr pornograffi, First Time Videos wedi methu cydymffurfio â’u dyletswyddau o dan Ddeddf Diogelwch Ar-lein y DU.

We are investigating whether First Time Videos LLC has failed/is failing to comply with its duties under the Online Safety Act 2023 to protect children from encountering pornographic content through the use of highly effective age assurance.
